Born and raised on the Southside of Chicago, I am a proud alumna of Simeon Career Academy, DePaul University, where I earned a Bachelor’s in Business Management/Finance, and Liberty University, where I completed my Master’s in Sports Management.
My middle name, Faith, is a testament to my mom’s unwavering hope. While she was pregnant with me, she faced significant health challenges, and doctors were uncertain about my survival. Her faith in God and hope for my future led her to choose Faith as my middle name, symbolizing her belief that I would thrive despite the odds.
The nickname “Bubbles” is a reflection of my vibrant personality. I’m known for my constant smiles and infectious laughter, which embody a joyful and positive outlook on life that I strive to share with others.
Throughout my personal life, I’ve navigated two marriages, both of which ended in divorce, and several long-term relationships. In the process, I often lost sight of my true self, becoming too focused on living for others rather than placing God at the center of my life. This “tunnel vision” led me to forget my own identity, a struggle many of us can relate to.
With the unwavering support of mentors, professors, friends, and family, I embarked on a deeply personal journey of self-discovery. By realigning my priorities and allowing God to guide me, I was able to regain my confidence and reconnect with my bubbly, loving nature.
During the pandemic, I founded Bubbles Giving a Smile. This initiative is dedicated to spreading joy and positivity, supporting women who may have lost their way and need encouragement to pursue their dreams. My goal is to inspire and uplift women, helping them to keep moving forward and achieve their aspirations.
